April 2023 - After 10 years of practice in Yuba City (at Spa Therapy, then on Tharp Rd), I am happy to return to the Foothills.

EVERY (yes, there is a space here!) BODY deserves a massage! Every.single.one.
My goals are:
- to make each session the most positive experience you can have.
- to address the concerns you had when you came in (low back pain, stiff neck, etc.).
- to make you feel rejuvenated and relaxed.

- Graduate of the Healing Arts Institute located in Citrus Heights, California, where I trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, and Raindrop Therapy
- Trained in Hot Stone Massage and Spa Services at the Fair Oaks Massage Institute in Fair Oaks, California
- I am a continuing education (CE) junkie. I incorporate elements of these courses during sessions when needed.

Animal Reiki Details
Reiki can help all animals in healing their emotional, behavioral , and physical illnesses or injuries. When I treat animals, I offer them Reiki and let them decide how much energy they want to accept and for how long. It is my experience that animals are usually very sensitive to and accepting of Reiki energy.
I discovered and refined my kinship with animals while growing up in France. I now live in the Sierra Foothills, surrounded by horses, goats, and an assortment of pets. I offer them Reiki regularly, as well as to wild animals when the need occurs. I am happy to travel to your barn, home, or veterinary office.
